We are situated in the quite village of Upton Scudamore near the market town of Warminster. Upton Scudamore is a ridge top village. The name comes from "Up-ton" from its site on the ridge and the suffix from early holders of the manor, the Norman family Escudamour. The church of St. Mary dates back to the 11th century.

We are members of the English Tourist Board and are proud of our AA 4 diamond guest accommodation rating. Just around the corner from The Granary, is a local inn which serves excellent food and refreshments. From the village there is easy access to all major routes and tourist attractions.
